BACKGROUND
This item on behalf of the Parks and Recreation Department authorizes the acquisition from Revolver Investment Properties, LLC of approximately 9,000 square feet of land located near the intersection of South Waverly Drive and Burlington Boulevard for the 902 S. Waverly Drive Acquisition Project. This property will be used for development of a future park site. The consideration is an independent appraisal. There are no relocation costs associated.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On August 1, 2024, the Park and Recreation Board authorized this item.
