BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a utility easement to CFI Commerce, LLC and CT2 Commerce, LLC, the abutting owners, containing a total of approximately 11,893 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owners to facilitate future development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code; therefore, no appraisal is required.
