BACKGROUND
Plaintiff, Juanita Rodriguez, filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on February 20, 2022, involving a Dallas Fire-Rescue employee operating a city-owned vehicle. The City and Ms. Rodriguez have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by Attorney Justin Reyes and the Davis Law Firm.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on June 21, 2024.
