Staff Recommendation
That the request to revise previously-approved plans on COA-25-000313 by modifying the height of the foundation on the main structure be approved in accordance with drawings and specifications dated 6/1/2026 with the finding of fact that proposed foundation height is consistent with the neighboring main structures and would not have an adverse effect on the district. The proposed work is, therefore, consistent with preservation criteria Section 4; meets the standards in City Code Section 51-4.501(g)(6)(C)(ii) for noncontributing structures; and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
