BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a sanitary sewer easement with temporary working space easement to 3215 Cole Avenue Development LLC, the abutting owner, containing approximately 2,443 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a single-family residential development. The owner will dedicate approximately 1,307 square feet of land needed for a wastewater easement. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
