BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition of a drainage easement from Medrano Properties, LTD., a Texas limited partnership, of approximately 1,797 square feet of land located on Knight Street near its intersection with Sylvester Avenue for the Throckmorton-Reagan Drainage Improvements Project. This property will be used for the purpose of improving the storm drainage system to address flooding in the area. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. There are no relocation benefits associated with this acquisition.
