BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a drainage easement also known as a floodway easement to Plummer Development Company, LLC and T & A Nelson Properties, LTD, the abutting owners, containing a total of approximately 15,130 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owners to construct a multi-family development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
