BACKGROUND
This action will authorize a construction services contract with SRH Landscapes LLC for the construction of one landscape and irrigation improvement project as the Highland Road Noise Buffer and Landscaping Project from North Jim Miller Road to Dorrington Drive.
The scope of the project will consist of landscaping and irrigation improvements such as tree removal, tree planting, installation of an irrigation system, mulching, and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the project in accordance with plans and specifications.
The following is the location and construction costs for the project:

SRH Landscapes LLC has had no contractual activities with the City of Dallas within the past three years.
If this project is not awarded for construction at this time, field conditions may change, which will require modifications to the engineering design plans, requiring additional funding and time to address.
