A public hearing to receive comments regarding an application for and (1) an ordinance granting a Planned Development District for MF-2(A) Multifamily Family District uses; and (2) a resolution terminating deed restrictions [Z767-200] on property zoned an NO(A) Neighborhood Office District and an R-10(A) Single Family District, on the southeast corner of South Cockrell Hill Road and Blue Ridge Boulevard
