BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of the Office of Arts and Culture, authorizes an amendment to an existing license agreement with AIDS Arms, Inc., for an additional six years and fifteen days for approximately 19,876 square feet of City-owned land located at 210 Sunset Avenue, to be used for the non-exclusive right to park 30 cars during normal business hours. The extension will provide for the continued use as parking.
The six-year and fifteen-day extension will begin on December 15, 2025 through December 31, 2031.

On December 8, 2010, the City Council authorized a five-year License Agreement by Resolution No. 10-3069.
On December 9, 2015, the City Council authorized a First Amendment to License Agreement by Resolution No. 15-2225.
On November 11, 2020, the City Council authorized a Second Amendment to License Agreement by Resolution No. 20-1773.
