Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) identified and evaluated 10 raw water facilities based on their age and condition, impact to the system, reliability, cost to operate, and frequency of repairs. The most critical raw water facilities were found to include the lake intake, Forney Pump Station, and Forney Dam at Lake Ray Hubbard.
