BACKGROUND

 

This item grants a private license to 2713 Canton, Ltd., for the use of a total of approximately 470 square feet of land for surface and aerial space to install, occupy, maintain and utilize two premise blade signs with illumination, one marquee sign, stairs, ramps and two canopies without lettering over and on a portion of Canton Street right-of-way located near its intersection with Crowdus Street. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty years.

 

The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
