BACKGROUND

 

Plaintiff Kristian McCullough, along with Armonte Brim, filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas, seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on July 27, 2023, involving a Department of Sanitation Services employee operating a city-owned vehicle. The City and Ms. McCullough have reached a proposed settlement of her claims, subject to City Council approval. Ms. McCullough is represented by Barrett W. Beck and Fleming, Nolen, & Jez, LLP.

A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on January 17, 2025.
