Title
Authorize (1) the execution of Amendment No. 1 to the Advanced Funding Agreement (AFA) with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) (TxDOT Agreement No. CSJ 0196-07-034) for the Woodall Rodgers Park Deck Plaza Extension Structure on-system from west of Akard Street to St. Paul Street to reflect updates in project budget and funding participation; (2) an increase to the estimated project budget by $57,000,980.00, from $65,383,008.00 to $122,383,988.00, due to the increase in the costs estimates based on up-to-date comprehensive project analysis of which the Federal portion is increased by $27,848,437.00, from $36,800,000.00 to $64,648,437.00 and the local portion is increased by $37,895,551.00, from $19,840,000.00 to $57,735,551.00; (3) an increase of $6,500,000.00, in the City's previously authorized construction costs allocation (Resolution Nos. 21-1134 and 21-1688), from $9,600,000.00 to $16,100,000.00, from the Park and Recreation Facilities (B) Fund; (4) an increase in appropriations in the Woodall Rodgers Development Fund in an amount not to exceed $28,850,090.00; (5) the receipt and deposit of funds in an amount not to exceed $28,850,090.00 in the Woodall Rodgers Development Fund; and (6) the disbursement of additional funds in an amount not to exceed $37,000,092.00 to TxDOT for construction of the project - Not to exceed $37,000,092.00 - Financing: Park and Recreation Facilities (B) Fund (2024 General Obligation Bond Fund) ($6,500,000.00), Woodall Rodgers Development Fund ($30,150,990.00), and General Fund ($349,102.00)
