BACKGROUND
Plaintiff, Jose A. Teniente, filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on February 20, 2021, involving a Dallas Water Utilities employee operating a city-owned vehicle. The City and Mr. Teniente have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by Attorney Andrew Rohe of the Guerrero Law Offices.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on August 23, 2024.
