BACKGROUND

This cooperative purchasing agreement provides subscription licenses and implementation services to replace the existing on-premise Enterprise Architecture solution and transition to the cloud-based HOPEX Enterprise Architecture platform for the Information Technology Services department. The platform will help the City manage its many technology systems by showing how they connect and identifying outdated or redundant applications. This allows for smarter decisions, cost savings, and reduced technical debt.
