BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a drainage easement and a portion of a water and wastewater easement to Dallas Independent School District, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 28,565 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to expand the Chairman and Robert Price Career Institute. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
