Staff Recommendation
That the request to install patio doors at existing window opening of accessory structure be approved in accordance with drawings and specifications dated 6/1/2026. The proposed work will not be seen from the public right-of-way, will not have an adverse effect on the district and is, therefore, consistent with preservation criteria Sec. 51P-63.116(1)(A); meets the standards in City Code Section 51-4.501(g)(6)(C)(ii) for noncontributing structures; and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
