BACKGROUND

This contract will allow for the continuous access and use of business information and process automation management system including maintenance and support, enterprise software licenses, AppExchange application integrations, and configuration.

The City of Dallas currently uses multiple applications built unto the Salesforce platform to provide various services to the residents of Dallas. Given that calls are received in 311 on a 24/7 basis, this particular system is crucial for entering service requests and dispatching city resources to meet the public's needs. Additionally, several internal City Departments use applications built on the Salesforce platform that allow for the issuance of permits, management of contracts, inventory management, audit & internal controls, etc.
