BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the amendment of Ordinance No. 33254, previously approved on October 8, 2025, which abandoned nine sanitary sewer, four water, and two storm sewer easements, and abandoned a portion of a sanitary sewer easement and a storm sewer easement, located near the intersection of Harry Hines Boulevard and Mockingbird Lane to the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System. This amendment will allow for the extension of the final replat deadline from one year to two years.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On October 8, 2025, City Council authorized the abandonment of nine sanitary sewer, four water, and two storm sewer easements, and the abandonment of a portion of a sanitary sewer easement and a storm sewer easement to the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System by Resolution No. 25-1628; Ordinance No. 33254.
