BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a wastewater easement to Perot Museum of Nature and Science, the abutting owner, containing approximately 11,554 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct an above grade parking garage, pavilion and expansion to the existing Perot Museum building. The owner will dedicate approximately 35,754 square feet of land needed for a water and wastewater easement. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
