BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Public Works authorizes the acquisition from PSW West Dallas Urban Village, LLC for a total of 18,273 square feet of land located near the intersection of Herbert and West Main Streets for the West Dallas Gateway Project. This property will be used for future infrastructure improvements. The consideration is based on independent appraisals. No relocation costs are associated.
