BACKGROUND

 

This action will authorize Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the professional services contract with Marten Law, LLP for additional legal services to represent the City of Dallas in seeking damages from manufacturers and distributors of Per- and Polyfluorinated Substances in In Re Aqueous Film-Forming Foams Product Liability Litigation, D.S.C. MDL No. 2:18-mn-2873-RMG and to pursue claims, as appropriate, against federal defendants under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
