An ordinance providing for the termination of Ordinance No. 32541 previously granted to SW Taylor Street Development, LLC for the use of a total of approximately 150 square feet and granting a new private license to SW Taylor Street Development, LLC for the use of a total of approximately 2,564 square feet to occupy, maintain and utilize fourteen awnings without lettering, nine pedestrian street light poles, fifteen trees, thirty uplights, one trash receptacle, one bench and three landscaping and irrigation areas on and over portions of Taylor and Crowdus Streets and Malcolm X Boulevard rights-of-way located near the intersection of Taylor and Crowdus Streets - Revenue: General Fund $2,600.00 one-time fee, plus the $20.00 ordinance publication fee

BACKGROUND
This item terminates Ordinance No. 32541 previously granted to SW Taylor Street Development, LLC for the use of a total of approximately 150 square feet and granting a new private license to occupy, maintain and utilize fourteen awnings without lettering, nine pedestrian street light poles, fifteen trees, thirty uplights, one trash receptacle, one bench and three landscaping and irrigation areas on and over portions of Taylor and Crowdus Streets and Malcolm X Boulevard rights-of-way located near the intersection of Taylor and Crowdus Streets. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
