Authorize an amendment to Resolution No. 25-0624, previously approved on April 23, 2025, for the conveyance of an easement and right of way containing approximately 62,806 square feet of land to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC located near the intersection of South Central Expressway and Simpson Stuart Road to increase the square footage of the conveyance to approximately 66,254 square feet of land - Financing: No cost consideration to the City

BACKGROUND
On April 23, 2025, by Resolution No. 25-0624, the City Council approved the conveyance of an easement and right-of-way containing approximately 62,806 square feet of land to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC for the construction, maintenance and use of power lines, power poles and electric transformer facilities across City-owned land located near the intersection of South Central Expressway and Simpson Stuart Road.
This easement will provide electrical power to the new waste cell located at the McCommas Bluff Landfill.
This action will amend Resolution No. 25-0624 to increase the square footage of the conveyance area to approximately 66,254 square feet of land.

On April 23, 2025, the City Council approved the conveyance of an easement and right-of-way containing approximately 62,806 square feet of land to Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC by Resolution No. 25-0624.
