BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Louis Brown, Sr. filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas, along with a non-governmental entity and an individual, seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on October 29, 2021, involving a Code Compliance Department employee operating a city-owned vehicle. Mr. Brown and the City reached a proposed settlement of his claims against the City, subject to City Council approval. Mr. Brown is represented by Breanne N. Galvan, Kevin Christiansen, and The Galvan Law Firm, PLLC.
