Authorize (1) the rejection of proposals for solicitation CIZ25-FRM-3213 Environmental Remediation (Asbestos, Mold, Lead, and Industrial Waste) Job Order Contracting Services; and (2) the re-advertisement for new proposals - Financing: No cost consideration to the City

BACKGROUND
The intent of the initial project is to provide job order contracting services for environmental remediation services (asbestos, mold, lead, and industrial waste).
The solicitation was open to the public from April 3 through April 24, 2026. Five sealed proposals were received and opened on April 24, 2026.
The Department of Facilities Management has determined it is in the best interest of the City to reject proposals for solicitation CIZ25-FRM-3213 Environmental Remediation (Asbestos, Mold, Lead, and Industrial Waste) Job Order Contracting Services to modify the specifications before re-advertising.
This action will authorize (1) the rejection of proposals received for CIZ25-FRM-3213 Environmental Remediation (Asbestos, Mold, Lead, and Industrial Waste) Job Order Contracting Services and (2) the re-advertisement for new proposals.
