BACKGROUND
This Supplemental Agreement will continue janitorial services at the City facility located at 2245 Irving Boulevard, Dallas, Texas 75207. The building consists of two floors totaling approximately 19,000 square feet of office space. Under this agreement, janitorial services will be provided five days a week to maintain cleanliness and operational standards.
On January 26, 2023, the City Council authorized a two-year service contract for janitorial services for the Dallas Water Utilities LGC Global Energy FM, LLC. by Administrative Action No. 23-5283.
On July 26, 2024, the City Council authorized a one-year service contract extension for janitorial services for the Dallas Water Utilities LGC Global Energy FM, LLC. by Administrative Action No. 24-0711.
