An application for a new Specific Use Permit for a temporary concrete or asphalt batching plant limited to a temporary concrete batching plant on property zoned MU-2 Mixed-Use District, on the south line of E. Wheatland Road, west of S. Lancaster Road.
Staff Recommendation: Approval, with an expiration date of January 1, 2028, or when the infrastructure project for which the temporary concrete batching plant is needed is completed, whichever is earlier, subject to a site plan and conditions.
