BACKGROUND
The Dallas Love Field Garages A and B pedestrian concourse walkway was built in 2004 during the Love Field Modernization Program. The roof and walkway have suffered from significant water infiltration issues and an unexpected increase in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance costs.
The project provides additional engineer services to furnish construction administration oversight on the demolition, removal, and installation of ten new rooftop HVAC units, two new and updated boilers, and five new air handling units, along with roof layered replacement.
