BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of the Office of Procurement Services, authorizes a five-year and two-month lease agreement for the period September 18, 2026 through November 17, 2031, with one five-year renewal option with Nessun Dorma Properties LLC, for approximately 5,243 square feet of office and warehouse space located at 8290 Moberly Lane. This lease will provide a City Store for the Office of Procurement Services for the period September 18, 2026 through November 17, 2031.
