Authorize Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to the lease agreement with Austin Street Center to provide a fifteen-month extension to the lease agreement for approximately 20,000 square feet of shelter space located at 2929 Hickory Street, to be used for sheltering operations during inclement weather by the Office of Emergency Management & Crisis Response for the period January 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027 - Not to exceed $2,000,000.00, subject to annual appropriations - Financing: General Fund
