BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department, authorizes a five-year lease agreement, with two five-year renewal options, with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, for approximately 360 square feet of City-owned land located at 500 North Malcolm X Boulevard. This lease will provide for the continued use as a cellular transmission and receiving facility for the period March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2031.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On May 24, 2023, the City Council authorized a five-year Lease Agreement by Resolution No. 23-0725.
