BACKGROUND
This item grants a revocable license to Silo Management Group LLC, for the use of a total of approximately 4,851 square feet of land to install and maintain five benches, five street lights and three trash receptacles on portions of Manufacturing Street rights-of-way located near its intersection with Farrington Street. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is three years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
