BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Edna Rodrigues filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas, seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in a trip-and-fall accident on February 8, 2022, while on the Love Connection remote parking lot at Dallas Love Field Airport. The City and Ms. Rodrigues have reached a proposed settlement of her claims, subject to City Council approval. Ms. Rodrigues is represented by Julie Wolf and Wolf Law, PLLC.

A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on October 3, 2025.
