BACKGROUND

This will authorize Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to increase the master Service Price aAgreement to allow for the continuous purchase of various software including perpetual, fixed term, subscription and software as a service, software maintenance, support, and implementation services to be used on or accessed by City workstations, mobile devices, and servers. The City uses these various software solutions for specific departments and citywide to support customer relationship management, business process management, infrastructure monitoring, graphic design, digital communications, business intelligence, reporting, system operations, and project management efforts.

This master Service Price aAgreement allows the City to acquire vendor implementation services, proving efficiencies in implementing new software solutions. These services include but may not be limited to the configuration of the software, development of interfaces, professional services related to the deployment of the software solution and end user training.
