BACKGROUND
This item grants a revocable license to Dallas County, for the use of approximately 160 square feet of land to install, occupy, maintain and utilize a subsurface electrical conduit under a portion of a 20-foot alley right-of-way between Lancaster and Ewing Avenues near their intersection with 11th Street. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is thirteen years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
