BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a floodway easement to Donald M. McClatchy and Celeste K. McClatchy, the abutting owners, containing approximately 3,732 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owners for residential renovation. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
