BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a wastewater easement to Haymarket Investment, LLC, the abutting owner, containing approximately 12,805 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a single-family residential development. The cost for this abandonment is based on fee requirements pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
