Water Utilities: Authorize (1) a Standard Utility Agreement with the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation, for water and wastewater relocations and appurtenance adjustments in Interstate Highway 30 (IH-30), from Interstate Highway 35 (IH-35) to Interstate Highway (IH-45); (2) the receipt and deposit of funds from the Texas Department of Transportation for reimbursement of inspections, testing and project management costs - Estimated Revenue $47,676.75; and (3) an Advanced Funding Agreement with the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation, for utility betterment costs to upsize an existing water main - Not to exceed $230,216.22 - Financing: Water Capital Improvement G Fund
