BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a fire lane easement to Nexus Recovery Center Foundation, the abutting owner, containing approximately 5,772 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to expand its facilities. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
