BACKGROUND

 

This item grants a private license to 1100 Pearl Street, Inc., for the use of approximately 19 square feet of aerial space to install, occupy, maintain and utilize a premise blade sign with illumination over a portion of Jan Pruitt right-of-way located near its intersection with Pearl Expressway. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty years.

 

The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
