BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition from Carmen Jimenez approximately 5,489 square feet of land improved with a single-family dwelling located near the intersection of McGowan and Nolen Streets for the Cadillac Heights Phase II Project. This property will be used for future location of City service and maintenance facilities. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. Future relocation assistance may be necessary for this acquisition.
