BACKGROUND

 

This item grants a private license to Greenville 2100, Ltd., for the use of approximately 125 square feet of land to occupy, maintain, and utilize a sidewalk cafe on a portion of Greenville Avenue right-of-way near its intersection with Prospect Avenue. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is 40 years.

 

The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
