BACKGROUND
The Request for Qualifications CIZ24-PBW-3124 was issued on October 9, 2024, for the 2024 Bond Program Capital Improvements Projects. The consulting firm, Halff Associates, Inc., was selected following the qualifications-based selection process in accordance with the City of Dallas procurement guidelines.
This action will authorize a professional services contract with Halff Associates, Inc. to provide engineering services for the design of Jefferson Complete Street from Hampton Road to Polk Street. The project includes reconstruction of the existing deteriorated concrete pavement and associated improvements, including reinforced concrete pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway approaches, drainage, water and wastewater infrastructure, bicycle facilities, landscaping, and streetscape improvements.
