BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of Dallas Water Utilities Department, authorizes the conveyance of a trail and sanitary sewer easement and a temporary workspace easement containing a total of approximately 18,188 square feet of land to the City of Heath for the construction, maintenance and use of trail facilities and sanitary sewer facilities over and across City-owned land located at Lake Ray Hubbard. These easements are needed for the City of Heath Antigua Bay Development Project.
