BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Jose Carlos Hernandez filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas, seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in a motor vehicle accident on November 30, 2022, involving a Department of Sanitation Services employee operating a city-owned vehicle. The City and Mr. Hernandez have reached a proposed settlement of his claims, subject to City Council approval. Mr. Hernandez is represented by Shea Baggett and Hernandez, Medina, and Baggett, PLLC.
