Authorize Supplemental Agreement No. 25 to increase the service contract with Tritech Software System, a Subsidiary of Central Square for maintenance and support of the City's existing Computer Aided Dispatch System for the Department of Information and Technology Services - Not to exceed $227,390.41, from $26,941,135.16 to $27,168,525.57 - Financing: 9-1-1 System Operations Fund (subject to annual appropriations)

BACKGROUND
This Supplemental Agreement will provide additional Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) mobile software licenses to support new police officers and incoming fleet vehicles, ensuring field access to the dispatch system. It also includes a new station alerting interface that will connect the new Fire Department's updated station alerting system to the CentralSquare CAD system so emergency calls can automatically trigger in-station alerts.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On June 8, 2005, the City Council authorized a two-year term for the purchase of software, training, and support for a Computer Aided Dispatch system with Tritech Software Systems by Resolution No. 05-1795.
On February 11, 2009, the City Council authorized a sixty-month term for Supplemental Agreement No. 1, to increase and the original contract to add maintenance and support for mobile application and to fund an additional sixty-months of maintenance for Computer Aided Dispatch system with Tritech Software Systems by Resolution No. 09-0455.
On September 22, 2015, the City Council authorized a five-year term for the purchase of software, training, and support with Tritech Software Systems by Resolution No. 15-1736.
