BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Consuelo Rodriguez filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas, seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on December 28, 2021, involving a Dallas Police Department employee operating a city-owned vehicle. The City and Ms. Rodriguez have reached a proposed settlement of her claims, subject to City Council approval. Ms. Rodriguez is represented by Craig Thomas and The Law Offices of Jeremy W. McKey, PLLC.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on February 7, 2025.
