BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a sanitary sewer easement and a portion of a wastewater easement to 3G White Rock, LLC, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 2,785 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a commercial retail development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required
